Content Samples

A curated collection of real content I created, strategized, and published across brands. Each piece is rooted in a clear pain point, a defined solution, and measurable results.

📌

Disclaimer: Since these are past content samples, the design and editing style may not reflect current trends. Social media and algorithms keep evolving, and these are what worked at the time. Many of the strategic frameworks behind them remain highly relevant today with style adjustments to match what performs now.

Pain Point

Users rarely explored beyond the basic functions of their Garmin watch. Most had no idea how powerful their device actually was, leaving key features completely unused.

Solution

Created an ongoing educational series covering feature tutorials, watch hacks, and step-by-step guides to help users unlock the full value of their device and build long-term loyalty.

Pain Point

Many owners used their Garmin watch purely as a timepiece, unaware of the advanced health and sports technology built inside. The product's true value was being significantly underperceived.

Solution

Developed educational content that showcased Garmin's proprietary technologies through compelling visuals, motion graphics, and storytelling to make complex features feel accessible and desirable to a broad audience.

Pain Point

Garmin releases multiple product lines throughout the year. Without a coordinated launch strategy, new products risk low visibility, audience confusion, and missed conversion windows.

Solution

In close collaboration with the marketing and sales teams, I strategized full digital launch timelines by mapping out USP carousels, feature reels, product comparisons, event content, and brand collaborations. Launch dates were aligned with product availability and promotional calendars to maximize impact without cannibalizing other releases.

Pain Point

Garmin Run Indonesia is the brand's biggest annual event. With participant numbers growing year on year, the event demanded a full content ecosystem to build hype, communicate logistics, and sustain momentum from pre-race to post-event.

Solution

I covered the entire event lifecycle through content, from the press conference and race registration through to jersey reveals, pacers, sponsorships, shake-out runs, live event coverage, and post-race highlights to ensure the audience stayed engaged at every stage.

Pain Point

As a large corporation with over 2,000 employees, Chandra Asri felt distant and impersonal to external audiences. People had little visibility into who the company really is and what each division actually does day-to-day.

Solution

Produced an ongoing short video series where each division gets to tell their own story, covering what they do, where they sit in the business, and how they contribute, giving the brand a human face and building genuine audience connection.

Pain Point

As a leading company in its industry, Chandra Asri needed to attract and retain top university talent. Awareness of their intern and trainee programs was limited, making it harder to compete for the best candidates.

Solution

Created authentic testimonial content from interns and trainees sharing their real experiences, from first joining through to becoming full-time employees, to inspire the next generation of candidates and make the program feel both aspirational and attainable.

Pain Point

Corporate brands often carry a stiff, outdated image that can feel unapproachable, especially to younger audiences. Chandra Asri wanted to break that perception and show a workplace that is energetic, modern, and genuinely fun to be part of.

Solution

Tapped into viral TikTok formats including "a day in my life" and "we listen and we don't judge" to create trend-driven content that showed the real, relatable side of life at Chandra Asri, delivered with personality and good timing.

Pain Point

Chandra Asri's operational plant in Cilegon, Banten is not publicly accessible. Strict safety protocols mean general visitors cannot simply walk in, creating a visibility gap that left audiences unable to see and understand the scale of what the company actually operates.

Solution

Partnered with chemistry and science education KOLs who already had the credibility and audience trust to explain industrial topics engagingly. These collaborations brought viewers inside the plant through an authoritative and educational lens, making the content both credible and widely watchable.

Pain Point

With so many app marketing agencies to choose from, companies often pick a partner on gut feeling or misleading numbers, with no clear way to tell agencies apart.

Solution

Shared client success stories that go beyond the final result, showing how REPLUG thinks, approaches each challenge, and gets to the outcome.

Pain Point

Growth leaders want a partner they can trust, but agency websites and sales pitches rarely show how the people behind them actually think.

Solution

Pain Point

Clients want to know who will actually handle their account, and whether that team has the hands-on skills to deliver.
